"Operational Table for Department of Nantou Education and Nursing Institution, Ministry of Health and Welfare", "Operational Table for Department of Yunlin Education and Nursing Institution, Ministry of Health and Welfare" and "Operational Table for Department of Tainan Education and Nursing Institution, Ministry of Health and Welfare" (amended tables become effective from 28th, May 2019)
