公益彩券中獎獎金在新臺幣5000元以下者，得不適用「公益彩券發行條例」第11條第1項關於身分證或其他身分證明文件具領獎金之規定，自108年12月1日生效

MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the stipulation that public welfare lottery prizes below NTD 5,000 could be claimed without the requirement pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 11 of "Public Welfare Lottery Issue Act" of presenting the recipient's ID card or other proof of identification (stipulation shall become effective from 1st, December 2019)
