修正「經濟部水利署對民間團體及個人補（捐）助預算執行作業規範」、「經濟部水利署對公立學校水利業務宣導推廣活動及計畫補助預算執行作業規範」第3點、第4點規定，自即日生效

WATER RESOURCES AGENCY, MOEA Order is hereby given, for the revision of "WRA's Implementation Directions for Budgeting Subsidies for Private Organizations and Individuals" and the revision on Paragraph 3 and 4 of "WRA's Implementation Directions for Budgeting Subsidies for the Promotion of Water Resource Management Activities and Projects in Public Schools" (revised directions take into force from 5th, October 2019)
