PUBLIC CONSTRUCTION COMMISSION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Article 10 of "Enforcement Rules of the Act Governing the Administration of Professional Engineering Consulting Firms", which stipulates rules for the licensed professional engineer of a professional engineering consulting firm serving the part-time business or duty (stipulation becomes effective from 24th, December 2019)
