108年8月8日修正公告之「免洗餐具限制使用對象及實施方式」公告事項2第4款第2目有關臺中市轄內量販店業（不包括位於其中之連鎖便利商店業及連鎖速食店）辦理第1目之規定，自109年5月1日施行

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for designating the date of enforcement of the promulgated amendment on Item 2 of Subparagraph 4 of Bulletin 2 of "Objects and Means of Restricting the Use of Disposable Tableware" regarding hypermarket businesses in Taichung City (excluding chain convenience stores and chain fast-food stores located inside) conducting Item 1 of the said regulations to be 1st, May 2020
