訂定「違反傳染病防治法第四十八條第一項規定所為之隔離措施、第五十八條第一項第二款及第四款規定所為之檢疫措施案件裁罰基準」，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Fine Determination Criteria for Violations of Isolation Measures Implemented Under Paragraph 1 of Article 48 and Quarantine Measures Implemented Under Subparagraphs 2 and 4 of Paragraph 1 of Article 58 of the Communicable Diseases Control Act" (criteria become effective from 20th, March 2020)
