OVERSEAS COMMUNITY AFFAIRS COUNCIL Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Operation Directions for Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) Subsidies for Academic Research Projects on the Topic of Overseas Compatriot Affairs" (directions take into force from 13th, October 2020)
