核釋「各級學校專任運動教練聘任管理辦法」第31條第1項規定，自109年7月1日起，基於專任運動教練權益保障，就7月2日以後退休生效者，其成績考核結果為晉薪並給與獎金者，該晉薪無法執行部分從寬改發一個月獎金

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 31 of "Regulations Governing Appointment and Management of Fulltime Sports Coaches by Educational Institutions at All Levels", which stipulates the following rule: from 1st, July 2020, fulltime sports coaches who shall receive a promotion of the salary grade and a bonus based on the performance evaluation result have retired since 2nd, July 2020, the promotion of the salary grade that is unable to be performed may be replaced with one month bonus in order to protect the rights and benefits of the coaches
