修正「中央銀行對金融機構辦理購置高價住宅貸款業務規定」，並修正名稱為「中央銀行對金融機構辦理不動產抵押貸款業務規定」，自109年12月8日生效

CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA (TAIWAN) Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations Governing the Extension of High-priced Housing Loans by Financial Institutions", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations Governing the Extension of Real Estate Mortgage by Financial Institutions" (amended regulations have taken into force since 8th, December 2020)
