MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Subparagraph 1 of Article 12 of "Ministry of Science and Technology Scientific and Technological Research and Development Results Ownership and Utilization Regulations", which stipulates rules regarding Open Government Data, which is eligible for free use if it is provided as Open Data (interpretive rule becomes effective from 29th, December 2020)
