「礦業法」第59條及第60條規定，採礦權者或礦業權者應提供礦場開工後之開採資訊，以利主管機關事後之監督管理及安全檢查。是採礦權者或礦業權者，尚未依本法第58條規定，向主管機關申報開工，並取得礦場登記證前，得免依本法第59條及第60條規定辦理

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Article 59 and 60 of "Mining Act", which stipulates that mineral right holders shall submit documents of mining after commencing work in order for the supervision and management and the safety inspection conducted by competent authorities afterwards; mineral right holders who have not filed with competent authorities for commencement of work and have not acquired mine registration certificate in accordance with Article 58 are not subject to Article 59 and 60 of the aforesaid Act
