「商品檢驗法」第54條所定派員至標準檢驗局或受委託之其他政府機關、法人或團體以外之地點臨場執行檢驗相關業務，包含派員透過遠距方式執行檢驗相關業務者

BUREAU OF STANDARDS, METROLOGY AND INSPECTION, MOEA Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Article 54 of "The Commodity Inspection Act", which stipulates that the on-site inspection conducted by personnel dispatched to a place outside the BSMI or the place of any other government agency, juristic person or organization commissioned by the BSMI may also be conducted online by dispatched personnel
