廢止「核釋『九十五年我國赴大西洋作業遠洋鮪延繩釣漁船船數調整作業規定』第9點有關未經核准於95年赴大西洋作業漁船，應於95年2月15日前返抵台灣之規定」、「調整遠洋延繩釣漁業總船數限制作業規定」，自即日生效

COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURE, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the abolition of the interpretive rule pursuant to Paragraph 9 of "Regulations for adjusting Taiwan's tuna longline fishing vessels operating in the Atlantic Ocean in 2006"; for the abolition of "Regulations on Adjusting the Total Number of Deep sea Longline Fishing Vessels" (abolition becomes effective from 15th, July 2021)
