COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURE, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Fine Determination Criteria for the Violation of Prohibition on Transportation of Waste Stipulated in Accordance with Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of Article 28 of Statute for Prevention and Control of Infectious Animal Diseases" (criteria shall become effective from 1st, October 2021)
