修正「營造業工地主任執業證變更（補發）申請書」，名稱並修正為「營造業工地主任執業證補（換）發申請書」，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR Order is hereby given, for the revision of "The Application of Occupational Certificates to Change (Reissue) for Worksite Directors of Construction Enterprise", and the renaming of the Application as "Application for Reissue (Change) of Occupational Certificates for Worksite Directors of Construction Enterprises" (revision beocmes effective from 28th, October 2021)
