修正「全民健康保險醫療服務給付項目及支付標準」部分診療項目，除第7部全民健康保險住院診斷關聯群第1章Tw-DRGs支付通則之「附表7.3 111年1月至6月3.4版1,068項Tw-DRGs權重表」自111年1月1日生效，第2部西醫第2章特定診療第1節檢查「間變性淋巴瘤激酶（ALK）突變體外診斷醫療器材檢測（IVD）-IHC法」（編號30105B）項目自111年2月1日生效外，自110年12月1日生效

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Order is hereby given, for the stipulation to amend partial medical services governed by "National Health Insurance Fee Schedule and Reference List for Medical Services" (stipulation shall become effective from 1st, December 2021 except Appendix 7.3 of Chpater 1 under Part VII, which shall become effective from 1st, January 2022 and Section 1 of Chpater 2 under Part II, which shall become effective from 1st, February 2022)
