FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 38-1 of "Implementation Rules of Internal Audit and Internal Control System of Financial Holding Companies and Banking Industries", which stipulates rules otherwise provided by the competent authority with respect to the bills finance companies (interpretive rule becomes effective from 16th, May 2022)
