廢止「促進轉型正義委員會審定政黨、附隨組織或黨營機構保管或持有之政治檔案基準」、「促進轉型正義委員會審定不義遺址作業要點」、「違反促進轉型正義條例規定裁罰基準」、「威權統治時期政治受難家庭密集照顧補（捐）助試辦作業要點」，自111年5月31日生效

TRANSITIONAL JUSTICE COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the abolition of "Criteria Governing the TJC's Review of Political Archival Records Held or Possessed by Political Parties, Party-affiliated Organizations and Party-owned Entities", "Directions on Reviewing Sites Where Injustices Were Committed", "Fine Determination Criteria for Violations of Act on Promoting Transitional Justice" and "Subsidy Directions for Pilot Care Project for Families Victimized by Political Violence During the Authoritarian Rule" (abolition shall become effective from 31st, May 2022)
