訂定有關「證券交易法」第150條但書第4款規定，上市有價證券之買賣，得不受同法第150條本文規定應於證券交易所開設之有價證券集中交易市場為之之限制符合事項，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the stipulation pursuant to Subparagraph 4 of the proviso to Article 150, which stipulates situations that the trading of listed securities may be exempt from the restriction that the trading of listed securities shall be conducted on a centralized exchange market operated by a stock exchange (stipulation becomes effective from 20th, July 2022)
