核釋「金融控股公司及銀行業內部控制及稽核制度實施辦法」第38條之1第1項但書所稱主管機關對信用合作社設置資訊安全長及資訊安全人力之相關規定，自即日生效

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to the proviso of Paragraph 1 of Article 38-1 of "Implementation Rules of Internal Audit and Internal Control System of Financial Holding Companies and Banking Industries", which stipulates relevant rules for credit cooperatives appointing the chief information security officer and arranging information security officers (interpretive rule becomes effective from 26th, July 2022)
