國家科學及技術委員會與所屬機關組織法，自111年7月27日施行，各行政規則內容涉及國家科學及技術委員會與所屬機關之權限業務規定未及配合修正者，自111年7月27日起，相關權限業務皆由國家科學及技術委員會與所屬機關承接辦理

MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Order is hereby given, for the sipulation that the jurisdiction of administrative authority in administrative directions shall be changed in accordance with the organizational reform of National Science and Technology Council after the organic laws and regulations of National Science and Technology Council and its affiliated institutions take into force on 27th, July 2022
