EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the amendment on partial articles of "Regulations for Revenues, Expenditures, Safeguard and Utilization of Transportation and Communications Operations Fund" (amended regulations take into force from 3rd, November 2022 except Article 1, 3, 5, 10 and 11, which shall become effective from the enforcement date of "Act for Establishment of State-owned Taiwan Railway Co., Ltd")
