修正「漁船及船員涉案走私處分原則」，名稱並修正為「漁船及船員從事走私偷渡之非漁業行為處分原則」，自即日生效

COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURE, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Directions for the Disposition Principle of Fishing Vessels and Crews Involved in Smuggling Cases", and the renaming of the Directions as "Directions for the Disposition Principle of Fishing Vessels and Crew Conducting Non-fishery Activities of Smuggling and Stowaways" (revised directions take into force from 14th, December 2022)
