MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for drafting "Directions on the Ethical Code of Regenerative Medicine", "Directions for Medical Institutions Applying to Implement Regenerative Medicine Techniques for Life-Threatening or Severely Disabling Diseases, Where No Appropriate Drugs, Medical Devices, or Medical Technologies Are Available Domestically, and the Compliance Requirements", "Directions on Qualifications for Physicians Implementing Regenerative Medicine" and "Directions for Relief Measures in the Case of Severe Injury or Death Due to Adverse Reactions to Regenerative Medicine Techniques"
