預告「附件所列融資租賃業者從事以自然人為對象之應收帳款收買、分期付款買賣或具類似融資性質業務者，為金融消費者保護法第三條第一項之金融服務業，自本公告生效日起從事該等業務及其所生金融消費爭議，適用該法規定；本公告自中華民國一百十五年三月十五日生效」草案

FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for drafting that the financial leasing operators listed in the attachment, which engage in accounts receivable purchases, installment sales or other similar financing-related activities targeting natural persons, are considered financial services enterprises specified in Paragraph 1 of Article 3 of "Financial Consumer Protection Act" and the aforesaid Act shall apply to those who engage in the aforesaid business and any financial consumer disputes arising therefrom; the stipulation shall become effective from 15th, March 2026
