OCEAN AFFAIRS COUNCIL Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Regulations Governing the Handling of Violations of Conflict of Interest Provisions by Members of the Board of Directors/Supervisors, the Chief Executive Officer, or Individuals Holding Equivalent Positions of Taiwan Institute of Ocean Technology" (regulations shall be coming into force from the date as same as the enforcement date of "Act for the Establishment of Taiwan Institute of Ocean Technology")
