公告西班牙、美國（北卡羅萊納州、佛羅里達州、馬里蘭州、南卡羅萊納州）、加拿大（安大略省、魁北克省）、澳大利亞（維多利亞省、新南威爾斯省、首都特區）為高病原性家禽流行性感冒非疫區，瑞士為小反芻獸疫、新城病非疫區及牛海綿狀腦病風險可忽略之發生國家，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE Notice is hereby given, for stipulating the recognition of Spain as a country free and States of North Carolina, Florida, Maryland and South Carolina of the United States of America as states free and Ontario and Quebec of Canada as provinces free and Victoria and New South Wales as states free and the Australian Capital Territory of Australia as a territory free of highly pathogenic avian influenza; for stipulating the recognition of Switzerland as a country free of Peste des petits ruminants and Newcastle disease and with negligible risk status of reported case(s) of Bovine spongiform encephalopathy (stipulation has become effective since 24th, July 2026)
