修正「雇主聘僱外國人許可及管理辦法」第22條第1項第5款與「外國技術人力工作資格及許可管理辦法」第57條第1項第5款及第59條第1項第5款規定相關申請及證明書表，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the stipulation to revise the application forms and certification forms related to Subparagraph 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 22 of "Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers" and Subparagraph 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 57 and Subparagraph 5 of Paragraph 1 of Article 59 of "Regulations on the Work Eligibility, Permission and Administration of Skilled Foreign Workers" (stipulation becomes effective from 5th, August 2026)
