核釋「國民年金法」第18條之1第1項、第29條、第30條第5項規定，有關國民年金保險老年年金免申請制度之相關規定，自115年5月19日生效

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 18-1 and Article 29 and Paragraph 5 of Article 30 of "National Pension Act", which stipulates relevant rules for the application-free payment system for old age pension under the National Pension Insurance (interpretive rule has become effective since 19th, May 2026)
