MINISTRY OF FINANCE Order is hereby given, for the stipulation to revise the interpretive rule documented as Tai-Tsai-Shui-Tzu No. 09800488130 pursuant to "Tax Collection Act" and "Income Tax Act"; for the stipulation to abolish some 2 interpretive rules (stipulation shall become effective from 20th, August 2026)
