修正「經濟部補助直轄市及縣（市）政府辦理太陽光電申設案件審查作業要點」部分規定，名稱並修正為「經濟部補助及獎勵直轄市縣（市）政府辦理太陽光電申設案件審查作業要點」，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the revision on partial provisions of "Directions for Subsidies by the Ministry of Economic Affairs for Administrative Procedures of Solar Photovoltaic Applications Processed by Special Municipalities and City/County Governments", and the renaming of the Directions as "Operation Directions Governing Subsidies and Rewards for Special Municipality and County/City Governments for Conducting Administrative Procedures of Solar Photovoltaic Applications by Ministry of Economic Affairs" (revised directions come into force from 20th, August 2026)
