FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for drafting "Regulations Governing Foreign Currency Financing by Securities Firms Accepting Orders to Trade Foreign Securities"; for the draft amendment on partial articles of "Regulations Governing Securities Firms Accepting Orders to Trade Foreign Securities", Article 2 and 4 of "Regulations Governing Responsible Persons and Associated Persons of Securities Firms", Article 5 and 14 of "Regulations Governing Securities Borrowing and Lending by Securities Firms", Article 8, 12-1 and 17 of "Regulations Governing Borrowing or Lending Money in Connection With Securities Business by Securities Firms" and Article 4, 5 and 14 of "Regulations Governing the Conduct of Securities Trading Margin Purchase and Short Sale Operations by Securities Firms"
