NATIONAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY COUNCIL Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to the proviso of Article 11 of "Regulations on Ownership and Utilization of Research and Development Results of National Science and Technology Council", which stipulates the applicable circumstances of the aforesaid proviso (interpretive rule becomes effective from 22nd, September 2026)
