勞動部公告：指定「吊升荷重未滿3公噸之塔式起重機操作人員」及「吊升荷重未滿3公噸具有搭乘設備供乘載或吊升人員之移動式起重機操作人員」，應於事前接受具有危險性之機械操作人員之安全衛生教育訓練，自115年12月23日生效

MINISTRY OF LABOR Notice is hereby given, for the stipulation to designate that "Operator of Tower Cranes Less Than 3 Tons" and "Operator of Mobile Type Cranes Less Than 3 Tons Equipped With Riding Equipment for Carrying or Lifting Persons" shall receive the safety and health education and trainings for operators in charge of hazardous machinery operations (stipulation shall become effectve from 23rd, December 2026)
