FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION Order is hereby given, for the abolition of "Regulations Governing the Setting Aside of Various Reserves by Non-Life Insurance Enterprises Engaging in Nuclear Insurance" (former name: Directions for Reserving Nuclear Energy Insurance Reserve by Non-Life Insurance Enterprises) and "Regulations Governing the Setting Aside of Various Reserves by Non-Life Insurance Enterprises Engaging in Commercial Earthquake, Typhoon and Flood Insurance" (former name: Directions Governing the Various Reserves Set Aside for Commercial Earthquake, Typhoon and Flood Insurance by Non-Life Insurance Enterprises) (abolition becomes effective from 2nd, October 2026)
