核釋「長期照顧服務人員訓練認證繼續教育及登錄辦法」第15條第3項及第30條第2款有關原住民族文化安全、多元族群文化敏感度及能力課程積分修習規定，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND WELFARE Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule pursuant to Paragraph 3 of Article 15 and Subparagraph 2 of Article 30 of "Regulations for the Training, Certification, Continuous Education Program and Registration Conditions for Long-Term Care Personnel", which stipulates rules regarding course credits for indigenous cultural safety and cultural sensitivity and competence in relation to diverse ethnic groups (interpretive rule becomes effective from 14th, October 2026)
