依「地方制度法」第4條第2項規定，臺北縣準用「物力調查實施辦法」第7條第12款第2目關於直轄市之規定，自96年5月25日生效

MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS Order is hereby given, for the interpretive decree in according to paragraph 2 of Article 4 of the “Local Government Act”, the provision referred to municipality of Subparagraph 2, Paragraph 12, Article 7 of "Regulation regarding the Investigation of Reserved Goods and Materials" and other relevant regulations pertained to living stocks shall apply mutatis mutandis to Taipei County (decree become in effect since 25th, May 2007)
