THE EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the amendments on Article 15 of "Regulations for the Revenues, Expenditures, Management and Utilization of the Transportation and Communications Operations Fund" and Article 5-1 of "Regulations for the Revenues, Expenditures, Management and Utilization of the Construction Fund of Port"
