核釋「九十七年度執行遠洋漁業漁撈能力重整辦理漁船收購處理作業程序」第11點第5款規定所稱之漁船，係指經本會核定收購，核定時已返回國內港口停泊，且已由所屬直轄市或縣（市）政府或其委託之區漁會、相關產業公會派員會同船主完成拍攝船體及相關機件照片之漁船

COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURE, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for prescribing the interpretive rule in pursuant to Subparagraph 5, Paragraph 11 of "Procedure on Carrying out Buying Back and Scrapping Fishing Vessels in 2008 to Adjust Deep-sea Fishing Capacity" which confines the definition of "fishing vessels" as those fishing vessels that have been harbored in Taiwan and procured under the approval of the Council, provided that their photographs and all major attached mechanism have been taken by commissioned associations of fishermen and related industries
