MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the revision of "MOE Administrative Procedures for the Establishment of in-service Education Master Trail Programs in e-Learning" and re-entitled to "Operation Directions Regarding Certification for On-line Learning Master Courses" (revised directions take into force from 29th, April 2009)
