FINANCIAL SUPERVISORY COMMISSION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Notice is hereby given, to commence a period of public comments for the draft amendment on Article 6 and 28 of "Regulations Governing Securities Firms Accepting Orders to Trade Foreign Securities", partial articles of "Regulations Governing the Administration of Shareholder Services of Public Companies", Article 11 and 19 of "Standards Governing the Establishment of Commercial Banks", Article 9 and 17 of "Standards for Establishment of Bills Finance Company", and Article 8 and 30 of "Regulations for Establishment and Administration of Insurance Enterprises"
