核釋「應回收廢棄物責任業者管理辦法」第11條第2款，有關責任業者扣抵其製造或輸入之責任物之營業量或進口量所需之不在國內廢棄之證明文件相關規定

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule in pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 11 of "Regulations Governing Responsible Enterprise for Managing Regulated Recyclable Waste", in regarding to stipulation for identification documents demonstrating that the articles of responsibility are not disposed of domestically or do not produce waste after use
