98年12月2日修正發布之「應回收廢棄物回收處理業管理辦法」第18條第2項條文，指定公告廢鉛蓄電池處理業於登記後應依廢棄物清理法第18條第6項所訂辦法取得受補貼機構資格，自100年1月1日施行

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ADMIISTRATION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for designating the date of effectiveness to be the 1st of January 2011 for the promulgated Paragraph 2, Article 18 amendment for "Management Regulations for Recycling Enterprises Handling Recyclable Waste", which stipulates the subsidized qualifications after disposal enterprises of waste lead battery register
