修正「中央銀行對金融機構辦理特定地區購屋貸款業務規定」，並修正名稱為「中央銀行對金融機構辦理土地抵押貸款及特定地區購屋貸款業務規定」，自99年12月31日生效

CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA (TAIWAN) Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations Governing the Extension of Housing Loans in Specific Areas by Financial Institutions" and re-names the regulations as "Regulations Governing the Extension of Housing Loans in Specific Areas and Land Loans by Financial Institutions" (amended regulations have taken into force since 31st, December 2010)
