核釋「應設置資源回收設施之電子電器物品販賣業者範圍、設施設置、規格及其他應遵行事項」公告事項7及公告事項9，有關「消費者權益須知確認單」及「公告指定電子電器物品販賣業者執行回收清除作業管制聯單」之書表格式應記載事項之要求，業者製備之書表格式應不得少於前述書表格式內之應記載事項

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ADMINISTRATION, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule in pursuant to Bulletin 7 and 9 of "Scope of Household Appliances Vendors Required to Install Resource Recycling Facilities, Facility Installation, Specifications and Other Binding Matters", which regulates the information and detail inquired by forms that designed and produced by vendors, ought not be less contented than "Check List of Consumers' Rights and Protection" and "List for Household Appliances Vendors to Conduct Recycling Operation"
