核釋「勞工安全衛生設施規則」第177條之2第2項所定經中央主管機關認可公告之機構實施型式認證合格，包含對國外輸入或國內產製，領有國外驗證機構核發之認證合格證明及標章相關規定，自即日生效

COUNCIL OF LABOR AFFAIRS, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule in pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 177-2 of "Regulations of the Labor Safety and Health Facilities", which defines the scope of institutes of verification/certification of the authorized which is granted by official recognition of the Council, to be included with manufactures (domestic) and importers that have been awarded by foreign verification/certification (interpretive rule becomes effective from 28th, October 2011)
