核釋「勞工健康保護規則」第4條第1項第3款所定經中央主管機關指定之訓練合格者，包含依「勞工安全衛生教育訓練規則」規定辦理勞工健康服務護理人員之訓練合格者，自即日生效

COUNCIL OF LABOR AFFAIRS, EXECUTIVE YUAN Order is hereby given, for the interpretive rule in pursuant to Subparagraph 3, Paragraph 1, Article 4 of "Regulations of the Labor Health Protection", which defines the qualifiers approved by the competent authority at the central government level, to be included of those qualifiers of labor safety and health education training based on "Regulations for Labor Safety and Health Education and Training" (interpretive rule becomes effective from 16th, December 2011)
