修正「軍訓教官晉任上階職務推薦作業要點」，並修正名稱為「軍訓教官晉任校級各階職務推薦作業要點」，自即日生效

MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the revision of "Promotion Directions for Recommending Military Instructors", and renames the Directions as "Promotion Directions for Recommending Military Instructors to the Rank of Colonel" (revised directions take into force from 22nd, February 2012)
