修正「中央銀行對金融機構辦理土地抵押貸款及特定地區購屋貸款業務規定」，並修正名稱為「中央銀行對金融機構辦理購置住宅貸款及土地抵押貸款業務規定」，自101年6月22日生效

CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA (TAIWAN) Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations Governing the Extension of Housing Loans in Specific Areas and Land Loans by Financial Institution", and renames the Regulations as "Regulations Governing the Extension of Housing Loans and Land Loans by Financial Institutions" (amended regulations have taken into force since 22nd, June 2012)
