修正「經濟部水利署中央管河川局部河段許可縣市政府辦理疏濬兼供土石作業要點」，並修正名稱為「經濟部水利署中央管河川局部河段許可地方政府辦理疏濬兼供土石作業要點」，自即日生效

WATER RESOURCES AGENCY, MOEA Order is hereby given, for the revision of "WRA Directions of Permitting County (City) Governments to Dredge and Supply Soil, Sand and Gravel in Partial Sections of Central Governmental Rivers", and renames the Directions as "Directions of Permitting Local Governments to Dredge and Supply Soil, Sand and Gravel in Partial Reaches of Central Governmental Rivers by Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs" (revised directions take into force from 22nd, October 2012)
